Our mission is to unite the "Hidden Majority" of American voters who are fed up with the current partisan political polarization, but who have no mechanism through which to make their voices heard. We seek to do this in four important ways:
About Us
1) As a nonpartisan think tank collecting and conducting research into the American people’s true views on the issues, then articulating them as public policy positions.
2) As a certifying agency evaluating and publicizing how well parties, politicians, the media, and other organizations align with the desires of the Hidden Majority of Americans.
3) As an educational organization informing the public on the principles and positions of the Hidden Majority and acting as a voice for the movement.
4) As a membership organization that connects people and keeps them informed of the movement’s activities and progress, as well as building a nationwide network of supporters and activists. Click here to join.
Through these activities, we hope to show that America's unaffiliated and unhappy voters are not just "undecideds" or "leaners," but independent thinkers who have valid concerns about our government and the two parties that run it. Click here to get involved.
Our Team

Our founders, Dale A. Berryhill and Kevin P. Henry, sit on opposite sides of the political fence, but they agree that the major parties have lost their way, and they fear for the future of our nation. In 2014, they co-authored the controversial novel Final Solution, a book that one reviewer called “a parable about today’s polarized politics.” Now, with their new book The Hidden Majority and the non-profit Hidden Majority Alliance, they turn their attention to finding answers to that polarization.

Dale A. Barryhill is from Memphis, Tennessee. He holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Memphis and a masters in English from UNC-Chapel Hill. He served as policy analyst for the North Carolina Family Policy Council, traveled the country for Accuracy in Media’s national speaker’s bureau, and founded the Charter School Resource Center of Tennessee. He has written multiple books and articles on political and social issues.
Kevin P. Henry grew up in Los Angeles, California and now resides in Seattle, Washington. He holds a degree in Radio/TV/Film from California State University at Northridge. He has more than thirty years’ experience in DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) programs for government agencies and non-profit organizations. For more than twenty years he has published articles and hosted radio talk shows on diversity issues and minority affairs.
